If you have a concern regarding care at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, we want to address the matter as soon as possible and encourage you to contact one of the following:

  • If you or your loved one is still in the hospital, notify any hospital team member of your concern or ask to speak directly to the appropriate department manager/director.
  • Or you may choose to contact Lakeland Regional Health’s Resolution Services Department at 863.687.1025 or leave a message on the Patient Safety Hotline at 863.687.1100 ext. 6200. All efforts will be made by the hospital to resolve your issue.
