This online portal provides secure, convenient access to patient information through your browser- when and where you need it. Your access is easy to set up and there’s no software or hardware to maintain, so you concentrate on caring for your patients.

You can request an EpicCare link Account in 5 easy steps:

  1. Click Request an Account

  2. Click Request New Account

  3. If your office/clinic has not signed up for EpicCare Link previously, click “Request access for a new site” and fill out the request form

  4. If your office/clinic has access to EpicCare Link through Lakeland Regional and you need to add users, select the appropriate link for the staff member(s) you need to Register. Fill out the request form pertinent to the staff member(s) being added.

  5. Submit your request
