Support Groups

To ensure the safety of our patients, families and community, the following support groups are currently being held online.

Join us for the Behavioral Health Community Support Group where we encourage sharing, learning and support!
Both adult patients and non-patients are welcome to join in the discussion about your experiences and coping strategies for depression, anxiety and other behavioral health issues. If you are in a crisis situation, please call 911, or visit the nearest Emergency Department.
This group meets every Monday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, via the online communication platform ZOOM.

(There are no scheduled Diabetes Support Groups at this time. Please check-in next Fall 2021 for new dates and times.)

Moderated by LRH’s Certified Diabetes Educator, the Diabetes Support Group provides comfort and assistance for community members living with diabetes, offering a welcoming environment for participants to find common ground, exchange tips, and encourage each other.
Hear a “topic of the month” with an expert speaker and discussion, learn tools to cope with diabetes, and obtain support to meet your personal goals.
When you or someone you care for has a stroke, staying informed and meeting with other stroke survivors and caregivers is important.

At Lakeland Regional Health, we encourage you to connect with others on this same journey. Please consider becoming a part of our monthly virtual support group held via Zoom.
