Annually, Lakeland Regional Health participates in the Gallup Survey to gather feedback from more than 8,000 team members on organizational leadership, performing high-quality work, promoting learning and development, and more in an effort to advance the healthcare system. LRH placed in the 88^th percentile of organizations in the 2025 survey.
