“We are incredibly honored to receive this award from Gallup,” said Danielle Drummond, President and CEO of Lakeland Regional Health. “We are proud to be an organization in which team members feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work. At Lakeland Regional Health, employees can grow and thrive professionally while providing the exceptional, compassionate care our patients need.”

Annually, Lakeland Regional Health participates in the Gallup Survey to gather feedback from more than 8,000 team members on organizational leadership, performing high-quality work, promoting learning and development, and more in an effort to advance the healthcare system. LRH placed in the 88th percentile of organizations in the 2025 survey.

“This recognition reflects the strength of our culture of engagement at Lakeland Regional Health,” said Scott Dimmick, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “By investing in our team members and listening to their feedback, we strengthen both our workplace and the exemplary care experience we provide for our patients.”

Gallup’s research consistently shows that organizations that prioritize both people and performance are better positioned for long-term success. Gallup’s meta-analysis on team engagement and performance is the most comprehensive workplace study ever conducted, with data on more than 3.3 million employees in 347 organizations across 53 industries and 90 countries. Highly engaged organizations significantly outperform their peers on important business outcomes, including customer ratings, profitability, productivity, turnover, safety incidents, shrinkage, absenteeism, quality, well-being, and organizational citizenship.
