GirlTalk: Health, Confidence, & Everything Inbetween

This event is a half-day, Saturday empowerment session designed for teen girls (ages 11-17) and their mothers or guardians. Led by a primary care provider and an OBGYN, this interactive experience covers essential health topics that help young women understand their bodies, navigate changes, and build confidence. The event will include fun, engaging sessions, Q&A panels, interactive activities, and take-home resources to help participants continue the conversation at home.
