Lakeland, FL – Registration is now open at PromiseRun.org for the eighth annual Lakeland Regional
Health Hollis Cancer Center Virtual Promise Run on Saturday, March 5, 2022. The Promise Run will once again be held virtually and offers a chance for participants to raise funds for the Hollis Cancer
Center.
Early registrants receive a discounted rate if they sign up before December 31, 2021. Race
participants will receive a packet with a race bib with a timing device and an honor bib, if desired.
Participants also receive a high-quality performance shirt, a medal for those completing the run, an
opportunity to earn a placement award. There will be a post-race awards ceremony and
refreshments.
The virtual run in 2021 continued the wonderful mission of this event during a very
challenging time and each walker or runner found unique ways to participate and support the Hollis
Cancer Center and its work to offer patients and their families leading-edge services and advanced
care necessary to conquer cancer.
