Please complete the Application for Clinical Pastoral Education.

Visit Lakeland Regional Health’s secure payment site to pay application or tuition fees.

A $40 application fee is required with each submission of application materials.

Applicants who are selected as candidates for the program will be contacted to schedule an on-site interview (the preferred method).

Applications are received and processed on a first come first serve basis; there is not a specific deadline for each unit.

All application fees are non-refundable except in the instance when an application is received for a specific program and that program is filled and the application is not reviewed. The fee and the application materials will then be returned to the applicant.

*Applications received via email will be processed once the $40 US application fee is received.
