Hoopin’ for Health Basketball Tournament

Join Lakeland Regional Health and the YMCA of West Central Florida in hoopin’ it up for health! Beyond basketball, it is an opportunity to take charge of your health through cardio activity and participation in health screenings.

• This is a one day 3 on 3 basketball tournament, open to adults 18+
• Fast-paced elimination tournament, 10 minute games or 11 points (dual court)
• Each team can have a max of 4 players.
• All teams entering should be self-assembled prior to the tournament.
• All games will have officials.
• Other specific rules will be provided to each team captain.

The tournament will be open to the public, so invite your family and friends to come to watch!

Spots are limited so get your team together and register to play! Registration is by team, not individual players.
