Lakeland Hills Blvd
The Florida Department of Transportation is making necessary improvements to a heavily trafficked stretch of Lakeland Hills Boulevard. This new construction project may affect your travel to and from appointments at our facilities on this stretch.
When:
Beginning October 7th, 2024 this project is slated to complete in 2026.
Where:
The one-mile stretch between Parkview Place and East Griffin Road on Lakeland Hills Boulevard. Please see the map below.

What:
During construction, Lakeland Hills Boulevard will be reduced to one lane in each direction with limited left turns only taking place at signalized intersections, and U-turns will not be possible for most vehicles. At times, it will be necessary to close side street entrances during the various phases of construction. There will be local traffic and pedestrian detours in place during construction.
Alternate Routes:
Although Lakeland Hills Boulevard will remain open throughout construction, patients and families may want to consider alternate routes such as US 98/Florida Avenue and West Lake Parker Drive.
