October 6, 2026

LAKELAND, Fla. — Patients who need heart care, heart or lung rehab, or testing before surgery can now find it all in one place: Lakeland Regional Health’s new Parkview location, which opens today at 1409 N. Florida Ave., at the intersection of North Florida Avenue and Parkview Place.

Nine cardiology and cardiac/pulmonary rehab providers who now practice at the Hollis or Pablo Campus will be moving to Parkview, also. Patients with upcoming appointments will receive information about where to go.

“Parkview will not only accommodate a growing number of services and providers but also bring related services under one roof near the Medical Center,” said Dr. Timothy Regan, President of Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center and Chief Medical Officer of Lakeland Regional Health. “As part of our strategic plan, we continue to expand access to our nationally recognized care. And every day, we look for new and improved ways to serve our community, just as we have for the last 110 years.”

The location will be open from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday, with Pre-Admission Testing labs opening at 7:30AM.

Free parking is available on site, just off North Florida Avenue.

Phone numbers for each service have not changed:

  • Pre-Admission Testing: 863.687.1100, ext. 5858
  • Cardiology Clinic: 284.5020
  • Cardiac Rehab: 863.687.1000, ext. 7437
  • Pulmonary Rehab: 863.284.1630

The former Parkview location, at 320 Parkview Place, is now called Lake Parker. Lake Parker will continue to provide infectious disease, trauma, and acute care services.
