You’ll hear from these two renowned physicians, Dr. Columbus Batiste and Dr. Michael Greger, who speak about reducing aging, increasing wellness, and reducing burnout with lifestyle changes! All in-person attendees will receive a FREE copy of Dr. Greger’s book, How Not to Age.

First, join our wellness fair at 12PM for educational resources and activities!

Then at 2PM, Dr. Batiste teaches us how to reduce burnout and improve our wellness with his SELFISH model.

Then around 3PM, Dr. Greger’s How Not to Age talk on how we can slow down time and reduce the hallmarks of aging with lifestyle changes.

All LRH participants can receive two hours of free CME/CE. Providers and nurses outside LRH can also receive CME/CE credit. Please follow the below instructions to receive credit:
