DESCRIPTION:At Lakeland Regional Health\, we believe in the power of compassion\, especially during the holiday season. \nWe are excited to announce our heartfelt initiative\, Project Wish List Holiday Drive\, a toy drive benefitting Heartland for Children from November 11-December 13! \nThis initiative is born out of our commitment to making a positive impact in our community by supporting children in need. Our goal is to spread joy\, warmth\, and hope to children in need. \nThere are two ways to make a difference! Drop-off boxes will be located at the Medical Center and our outpatient locations. You can also donate by visiting the Heartland for Children Amazon wishlist at myLRH.org/WishList. Join us in spreading joy\, warmth\, and hope to children in need this holiday season! \nDonations are welcome for children of all ages\, from infants to 17 years old. \n\nDonations must be new and unwrapped. DESCRIPTION:The Spot It: Free Skin Cancer Screenings event provides a unique opportunity for community members to receive free skin cancer screenings from experienced healthcare professionals. This event aims to promote early detection by offering brief\, targeted screenings to help identify suspicious moles or lesions and educate participants on skin cancer risk factors. \n\nWe welcome everyone to attend\, especially individuals at higher risk of skin cancer due to factors like light skin tones\, history of sun exposure\, or family history of skin cancer\nScreenings will be held every 30 minutes\, with eight slots per session. Each screening will take approximately 7-10 minutes per participant.\n\nREGISTER NOW
