DESCRIPTION:Please join Lakeland Regional Health\, the Florida Department of Health in Polk\, and Central Florida Healthcare for an in-person education session with Dr. Vadaparampil to discuss the following: \n• The importance of the HPV vaccine \n• Discuss the HPV vaccination gap locally and in Florida \n• Identify practical HPV vaccine recommendations \n• Describe how a clinic work flow can reduce missed opportunities for the HPV vaccine \nThe session will also be available virtually\, on Microsoft Teams. \nSpeaker: Susan Vadaparampil\, PhD\, MPH \nDr. Vadaparampil is the Associate Center Director of Community Outreach\, Engagement\, and Equity at Moffitt Cancer Center.
