DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 1st Hoopin’ for Health basketball tournament hosted by Lakeland Regional Health and the YMCA of West Central Florida\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nJoin Lakeland Regional Health and the YMCA of West Central Florida in hoopin’ it up for health! Beyond basketball\, it is an opportunity to take charge of your health through cardio activity and participation in health screenings. \n\nThis is a one day 3 on 3 basketball tournament\, open to adults 18+\nFast-paced elimination tournament\, 10 minute games or 11 points (dual court)\nEach team can have a max of 4 players.\nAll teams entering should be self-assembled prior to the tournament.\nAll games will have officials.\nOther specific rules will be provided to each team captain.\n\nThe tournament will be open to the public\, so invite your family and friends to come to watch! \nSpots are limited so get your team together and register to play! Registration is by team\, not individual players. \nMake sure you email your team name and roster to Lauren.Springfield@myLRH.org.
